There’s no fixed response time to promise, and no ticket number or live chat — email is read and handled as it comes in. If your question is really about an official placement, an exam result, or which course to enrol in, a recognised exam board, a qualified teacher, or the school itself will have a more authoritative answer than this site can: Simplang’s tools produce general estimates, not placement results or exam scores, and the site isn’t affiliated with any school, exam board, or app.

Before writing in about a tool result, it’s worth double-checking the numbers you entered — a level, a deadline, an hours figure, or a retention rate is the most common source of a surprising answer. If it still looks off after that, that’s exactly the kind of message worth sending.
